AI Regulation

Artificial intelligence for those it never reached

We help you understand the AI tools you use, identify what needs review and prepare an action plan. With clear scope, evidence and decisions that remain yours.

Initial guidance based on your answers. This is not an audit or a certificate.

The manifest

More capacity when we cooperate.

Share knowledge, choose the tools that serve you, and keep control of your decisions.

The problem

Situations everyone recognises

You run the business and the business of running it

Invoices, orders, reminders, inventory. Work that has to be done and earns you nothing. Often at night, when you should be home.

At the council, one person handles many fronts

Secretariat, citizen service, records, plenary meetings, grants. And now, on top of that, artificial intelligence.

You have several programs that do not talk to each other

One for invoicing, another for clients, WhatsApp for everything that does not fit, and an Excel that only you understand.

They use AI without knowing

ChatGPT on the phone, Copilot in Word, a program that maybe analyses things it should not. And many AI Regulation obligations that are not widely known.

The fire test

Before activating any AI, review its purpose, the data it processes and its limits

AJUTIA reviews the purpose, data and limits of each use before proposing it. Suitability depends on the configuration and the specific use.

Do you know what artificial intelligence you have inside?

Often there is no complete view. Someone uses ChatGPT on their phone, Word has Copilot, the time-tracking software maybe analyses things it should not. And without that view, it is hard to review what needs attention.

The assessment gives you guidance based on your answers: which AI tools you use, which obligations apply to you, and what is worth reviewing. It is indicative, not exhaustive, and does not replace a formal assessment.

It is truly free. If afterwards you want us to help you sort it out, we will talk; if not, the report is yours all the same.

The cost of doing nothing

Every AI tool you use without knowing calls for attention

The assessment gives you guidance.

Legal risk

The regulatory framework on AI is being applied progressively. The assessment gives you guidance on which obligations may apply to you and what is worth reviewing.

Data risk

Review what data leaves your organisation, who processes it and with what guarantees, before activating each tool.

Dependency risk

Every tool you cannot extract your data from makes changing provider harder.

Support

Understand, document and improve

We start with your context: purpose, tools, data and people affected. We then prepare the questions and actions that need to be checked.

  • Inventory the AI uses you report and the data involved.
  • Organise evidence, open questions and responsibilities.
  • Propose controls and steps that can be checked.
  • Identify when a specific professional review is needed and who should undertake it.

Using a tool does not, by itself, establish your organisation's compliance.

The method we propose

Six process steps, not a list of guaranteed results. Each case is checked with your own adviser.

  1. 1Need and alternative without AI: what it is for and what would happen without AI.
  2. 2Data and people affected: what goes in, who sees it and with what guarantees.
  3. 3Small case with a human responsible: a bounded trial with someone who approves before irreversible actions.
  4. 4Cost, risk and provider: what it costs, what can fail and who is behind it.
  5. 5Before/after comparison: what actually changes, measured or stated as a hypothesis.
  6. 6Decision: continue, correct or withdraw; the decision is yours, not the tool's.

Your data

It is yours

Control

Explicit purposes and permissions before connecting data or services.

Portability

Export and recovery must be verified for each product.

Dependencies

Current versions use external services; availability depends on each service.

Open sovereignty

The aim is to be able to change providers without losing your data or autonomy.

Cooperative

Technology can belong to those who use it

We want people who use AJUTIA to have a say in decisions, understand costs and retain options to change services. The cooperative model we are preparing must turn these commitments into practical arrangements.

AJUTIA is in the process of being constituted as a cooperative. It is not one yet, and we say so clearly.

Why a cooperative →

Shall we start with the assessment?

It's free and commits to nothing. You'll have guidance on what AI you have and what is worth reviewing.

We help you understand AI, review each use and decide with judgement. You keep the decision.
